Travaux de gros œuvre (paroi de pieux forés, terrassements, structures en béton armé et éléments préfabriqués), l’étanchéité et l’isolation des parties enterrées, les réseaux enterrés (eaux usées, eaux pluviales, eau potable, électricité et télécommunications), les aménagements extérieurs et voiries, les installations techniques de base (gaines, mises à la terre, conduites sanitaires), un champ géothermique avec sondes verticales.
