Afin de satisfaire à ses obligations légales, principalement dans le domaine de l’environnement, la Cour des comptes doit acquérir un soutien méthodologique de haute qualité et des services de conseil connexes pour la maintenance du système de management environnemental (SME) de la Cour, sur la base de la norme européenne du système de management environnemental et d’audit (EMAS) et de la norme ISO 14001: 2015.

Lots Lot 1 — Lot 1 – Maintenance du système de management environnemental: Le lot 1 porte sur l’assistance méthodologique, technique et opérationnelle nécessaire au maintien, à l’évaluation et à l’amélioration continue du système de management environnemental de la Cour, ainsi qu’au maintien de son enregistrement EMAS et de sa certification ISO 14001 pendant la période 2027-2030. Lot 2 — Lot 2 – Formations environnementales: Le lot 2 porte sur la conception, la préparation et l’animation de formations environnementales destinées à l’équipe EMAS, aux auditeurs internes EMAS et aux membres du personnel désignés par la Cour. Lot 3 — Lot 3 – Veille réglementaire et audit de conformité légale en environnement, santé et sécurité au travail: Le lot 3 porte sur la veille réglementaire continue et l’évaluation périodique de la conformité de la Cour aux exigences applicables en matière d’environnement et de santé et sécurité au travail (SST).
