ประกาศบริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) ทะเบียนเลขที่ 0107544000108 PR เลขที่ 1141001124 เรื่อง จัดจ้าง LQ Sewage Treatment System Replacement ด้วยบริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) มีความประสงค์ที่จะประมูลเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร จัดจ้าง LQ Sewage Treatment System Replacement สถานที่ส่งมอบ ณ ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งมอบตามที่ระบุในข้อกำหนดทั้งหมด โดยส่งมอบงานภาคสนามที่แท่นฯPRP และส่งมอบ Final Report (Soft File) ที่ส่วนสนับสนุนปฏิบัติการทางทะเล PTT Operation Center ชลบุรี กำหนดส่งมอบ 10. การส่งมอบงาน (แบบงวด) กำหนดการส่งมอบ ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งมอบตามที่ระบุในข้อกำหนด ทั้งนี้ไม่นับรวมระยะเวลาที่ ปตท. ไม่อนุญาติให้เข้าดำเนินงาน/สั่งหยุดงาน โดยมีเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้ จำนวน 3 งวด งวดที่ 1 ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องส่งมอบผลการออกแบบ (Detailed Engineering Design), รายการคำนวณโครงสร้าง/น้ำหนัก, แบบก่อสร้าง (Construction Drawing), แผนการรื้อถอน/ติดตั้ง, หลักฐานการจัดซื้อ Sewage Treatment Unit และอุปกรณ์หลักที่เกี่ยวข้อง, ผลการทดสอบ Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) ภายใน 365 วัน (ไม่เว้นวันหยุด) นับถัดจากวันที่ ปตท. มีหนังสือแจ้งให้ปฏิบัติงานงวดที่ 1 ทั้งนี้ไม่นับรวมระยะเวลาที่ ปตท. ไม่อนุญาตให้เข้าดำเนินงาน/สั่งหยุดงาน งวดที่ 2 ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องส่งมอบ Sewage Treatment Unit และอุปกรณ์หลักที่เกี่ยวข้อง ณ แท่นฯPRP, ดำเนินการรื้อถอนระบบเดิม ติดตั้ง และทดสอบเดินระบบ (Commissioning), ส่งมอบผลการทดสอบ SAT (Site Acceptance Test) ของระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียใหม่ที่แท่นฯPRP, ส่งมอบผลการตรวจวัดคุณภาพน้ำทิ้งตามพารมิเตอร์ที่กำหนดไว้ ภายใน 90 วัน (ไม่เว้นวันหยุด) นับถัดจากวันที่ ปตท. มีหนังสือแจ้งให้ปฏิบัติงานงวดที่ 2 ทั้งนี้ไม่นับรวมระยะเวลาที่ ปตท. ไม่อนุญาตให้เข้าดำเนินงาน/สั่งหยุดงาน งวดที่ 3 ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องส่งมอบ Final Report, As-Built Drawing, คู่มือการใช้งานและบำรุงรักษา ภายใน 30 วัน (ไม่เว้นวันหยุด) นับถัดจากวันที่ ปตท. มีหนังสือแจ้งให้ปฏิบัติงานงวดที่ 3 ทั้งนี้ไม่นับรวมระยะเวลาที่ ปตท. ไม่อนุญาตให้เข้าดำเนินงาน/สั่งหยุดงาน ตามเงื่อนไขรายละเอียดรูปแบบและเอกสารแนบท้าย ซึ่งถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของประกาศ ดังนี้ - รายละเอียดตามข้อกำหนด ปตท. - ตัวอย่างหนังสือมอบอำนาจ - ตัวอย่างแบบหนังสือค้ำประกันธนาคาร - แนวทางการปฏิบัติอย่างยั่งยืนผู้ค้า ปตท. - แบบฟอร์มใบเสนอราคา 1 ชุด 1 แผ่น 1 แผ่น 1 ชุด 1 ชุด ผู้สนใจติดต่อขอซื้อรายละเอียดได้ในราคาชุดละ - บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว) ตั้งแต่วันที่ 04 พฤศจิกายน 2569 จนถึงวันที่ 13 พฤศจิกายน 2569 ระหว่างเวลา 09:00 -15:30 น. ยกเว้นวันหยุดราชการ ณ สถานที่ดังนี้ - ส่วนจัดหาและบริหารพัสดุ ศูนย์ปฎิบัติการชลบุรี เลขที่ 59 ม.8 ถ.บายพาส ต.นาป่า อ.เมือง จ.ชลบุรี
