På vegne av Loppa kommune inviteres det til konkurranse for utbedring av havneforholdene i Øksfjord. General-entreprisen (NS 8406) omfatter etablering av to nye moloer, etablering av ny pumpestasjon, avløpsledning og adkomstveg. Mudring av sjøbunnen under Molo Sør er nødvendig for å sikre tilstrekkelig geoteknisk stabilitet før utfylling. Mudringsmasser skal gjenbrukes som kjernemasser i moloene og til gjenfylling av grøfter, mens eventuelle overskuddsmasser leveres til godkjent mottak. Arbeidene skal gjennomføres med miljøtiltak som boblegardin og turbiditetsovervåkning. Eksisterende avløpsledning må være flyttet og omlagt med ny pumpestasjon før oppstart av sjøarbeider. Molo Nord skal delvis etableres før mudring starter for å muliggjøre innkapsling av mudringsmassene og redusere partikkelspredning. Entreprisen omfatter videre utfyllingsarbeider, breddeutvidelse og forlengelse av Molo Nord, etablering av snuplass, samt betongarbeider på ny og eksisterende molo. Betongarbeidene er opsjoner og inkluderer støping av molodekker, brystninger og påstøp på eksisterende konstruksjoner. Byggherren står fritt til å bestille hele eller deler av de opsjonerte betongarbeidene. Utførelsen skal skje i henhold til prosjekteringsgrunnlaget og tilhørende tegninger. Videre foreligger det opsjonsposter på riving og re-etablering av om lag 200 meter med eksisterende avløpsledning på land.
