Long Term Agreement for the provision of Air Conditioning Repair, Checkup, and Maintenance Service

The United Nations Truce Supervision Organization in Jerusalem (UNTSO) has a requirement to establish a long term agreement for the provision of Air Conditioners repair, checkup and maintenance services at its Headquarters in Jerusalem, Isreal. The planned maintenance service shall be carried out in March/April (pre-season service) and in October/November (post-season service).

The service will include the followings:

1. Electrical and mechanical functionality test

2. Gas level check

3. Filter Cleaning, indoor unit facia cleaning

4. Cleaning and washing with pressurized water jet the outdoor AC units

5. Pipe Insulation check, apply new where necessary

6. All repairs as required, should be after approval from BMU prior to commencement of work

7. Checking and setting the control system of VRF and multi split AC units

8. Checking the condensate drain system, including the pumps and pipe work within the false ceiling

Additional Information:

1. Interested bidders must hold relevant trading license / registration as relevant service providers. 2. A mandatory site tour will be conducted as a pre-requisit to submit a quotation. 3. Interested companies must have at least three years of experience in similar services.

Specific Requirements/Information

IMPORTANT:

1. Please note that this REOI is not an invitation for submission of tenders. Its purpose is to identify contractors that would be interested and eligible to participate in the bidding process when issued.

2. UNTSO reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement during the REOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee your company will be invited to participate in the bidding process. Only contractors which in UN's sole discretion are deemed eligible and qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their REOI submissions may receive the final tender solicitation documents.

3. Companies interested to be invited to participate in the solicitation process are invited to submit their Expression of Interest and to send a copy of the following documents to the email: [contact details removed]:

A. Brief relevant information about the company including the company's profile, capacity/capability and experience.

B. Copy of a valid business/trading license.

4. Companies MUST have working experience in provision of similar goods and services.

5. Note that companies that have previously submitted EOI for similar services with UN must re-submit full documentation as detailed above.

6. UNTSO will examine the outcome of this request for EOI and will consider companies who have expressed their interest by providing the required information as to their ability to fulfill the requirement. UNTSO reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the solicitation.
