Det dynamiske indkøbssystem udbydes til brug for lokale forbedringer, f.eks. krydsombygninger og anlæg af rastepladser, stoppesteder og cykelstier. Arbejdet vil omfatte mindre, ikke-komplekse hoved- eller fagentrepriser på maksimalt 5 mio. kr., ekskl. moms,  som udføres i hele Danmark. Kvalificerede ansøgere kan optages i det dynamiske indkøbssystem, uanset om de kan løse opgaver i hele landet eller kun lokalt. Der anmodes om tilbud på de konkrete opgaver hos de virksomheder, som optages i det dynamiske  indkøbssystem. Se nærmere om fremgangsmåden i udbudsmaterialet.
