Appel d’offres public LOCATION D’UNE SOUFFLEUSE AVEC OPÉRATEUR ET SIGNALEUR MO – 08 – 26 – 07 La Ville de Montréal-Ouest sollicite des soumissions cachetées de la part d’entreprises en vue de louer une souffleuse avec opérateur pour les fins d’opérations de déneigement sur son territoire, à compter de l’automne 2026 jusqu’au printemps 2029. Les documents relatifs à cet appel d’offres sont disponibles sur le site du Système électronique d’appels d’offres ( www.seao.ca ). Les soumissions originales doivent être physiquement parvenues à l’adresse suivante, où elles seront alors ouvertes devant témoins au plus tard le lundi 5 octobre 2026 à dix heures (10h00) : Hôtel de Ville de Montréal-Ouest 50 avenue Westminster Sud Montréal-Ouest, Québec Le présent appel d’offres est assujetti à l’Accord de libre-échange canadien et à l’Accord de commerce et de coopération entre le Québec et l’Ontario. La Ville ne s’engage pas à accepter la plus basse ni aucune autre soumission, et se réserve le droit de rejeter toutes les soumissions reçues, sans responsabilité aucune de sa part pour les frais engagés ou pertes alléguées par les soumissionnaires.
