Le contrat est d’une durée de 17 semaines. Le Contrat est adjugé au plus bas soumissionnaire conforme. La Ville de Saguenay ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions reçues, et n’encourra aucune obligation quelconque envers le ou les soumissionnaires.
