Bendras maksimalus kiekis per visą laikotarpį su pratęsimu – 29 000 t: 20 03 07 – 2 940 t; 19 12 12 ir 19 12 10 kartu – 26 060 t. Paslaugos teikiamos 12 mėn., su galimybe abiejų šalių rašytiniu susitarimu pratęsti vieną kartą dar 12 mėn. Sutarties trukmė su galutiniam atsiskaitymui skirtu mėnesiu – 13 mėn., pratęsus – iki 25 mėn. Atliekos pristatomos palaidos į tiekėjo nurodytą įrenginį Lietuvoje. Transportavimas neperkamas.
