UAB „Kauno autobusai“ (toliau – Perkantysis subjektas) numato įsigyti mažųjų autobusų MERCEDES BENZ SPRINTER elektros atsargines dalis. Pirkimo objektas neskaidomas į pirkimo objekto dalis. Tiekėjas gali pateikti pasiūlymus tik visai pirkimo objekto daliai. Pasiūlymai turi būti teikiami visai pirkimo objekte nurodytai Prekių apimčiai. Prekių apimtis, nurodyta pirkimo objekte, nėra skaidoma. Prekių užsakymo laikotarpis, yra 12 (dvylika) mėnesių nuo pirkimo sutarties įsigaliojimo dienos, su galimybe pratęsti vieną kartą, 12 (dvylikai) mėnesių. Bendras sutarties galiojimo terminas nustatomas 24 (dvidešimt keturiems) mėnesiams. Perkantysis subjektas užsakymus Prekėms teiks pagal faktinį poreikį ir neįsipareigoja išpirkti visą sutarties sumą. Perkantysis subjektas nereikalauja užtikrinti pasiūlymo galiojimą, tačiau pasilieka teisę kreiptis į teismą dėl žalos, atsiradusios dėl to, kad pasiūlymo galiojimo laikotarpiu tiekėjas pakeičia ar atšaukia savo pasiūlymą ar pirkimo laimėtojas atsisako sudaryti sutartį, atlyginimo. Perkantysis subjektas šiame pirkime netaiko kokybės vadybos sistemos ir (arba) aplinkos apsaugos vadybos sistemos standartų reikalavimų. Perkantysis subjektas nenustato tiekėjų kvalifikacijos reikalavimų.
