El Proyecto Integramos, implementado por la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) con el apoyo de IRCC, tiene como objetivo fortalecer las capacidades de Colombia, Ecuador y Perú para promover el acceso al empleo decente y la integración socioeconómica de personas refugiadas y migrantes, con especial énfasis en mujeres y personas con experiencia de vida trans. En un contexto regional caracterizado por crecientes dinámicas de movilidad humana, resulta fundamental fortalecer las capacidades de empleadores, trabajadores y funcionarios públicos para garantizar procesos de contratación equitativa, alineados con las normas internacionales del trabajo promovidos por la OIT. El proyecto ejecuta acciones con actores y contrapartes de la sociedad civil, empleadores, trabajadores y gobierno, así se requiere la contratación de un proveedor de servicios para brindar refrigerios a los asistentes de reuniones y eventos que se organicen en el marco del proyecto en Ecuador.
