Licitación No. LIBS-2026-9205612 – Acuerdo a Largo Plazo “Plataforma de Software como Servicio (SaaS) para la Captación y Gestión de Donantes Recurrentes”

Debemos mencionarles que, debido a un cambio en el sistema operativo de UNICEF a nivel global, el formato adjunto se enmarca en idioma inglés, pero parte de su contenido se encuentra en español, para una mejor claridad. Sin embargo, si tuvieran alguna consulta adicional, agradeceremos se sirvan contactar a UNICEF.

Agradeceremos tener en consideración lo siguiente para la presentación de sus ofertas técnicas/económicas:

Las ofertas se recibirán vía email hasta el día: miércoles, 26 de agosto de 2026

El oferente deberá enviar dos (2) correos electrónicos, el mismo día de la recepción de ofertas, de la siguiente manera:

a) El primer correo electrónico deberá enviarse a: [contact details removed]

El asunto del primer correo electrónico será de acuerdo con el siguiente formato:

LIBS-2026-9205612 - Nombre del Oferente – Oferta Técnica-Económica

En este correo se adjuntará UN (1) ARCHIVO conteniendo la Oferta Técnica-Económica.

El archivo debe enviarse en formato no editable (PDF o JPG), y estar protegido con contraseña de apertura.

El archivo debe nombrarse indicando el número del concurso y el nombre del oferente, de acuerdo con el siguiente formato:

LIBS-2026-9205612 - Nombre del Oferente – Oferta Técnica-Económica.pdf

El correo electrónico no debe exceder los 10 MB. Si el archivo es superior, comprimirlo (ZIP), protegiéndolo siempre con contraseña de apertura.

b) El segundo correo electrónico deberá enviarse a: [contact details removed]

El asunto del segundo correo electrónico será de acuerdo con el siguiente formato:

LIBS-2026-9205612 - Nombre del Oferente – Claves

En el cuerpo de este segundo correo electrónico se indicará la contraseña del archivo enviado en el primer correo electrónico.

El incumplimiento de estas formalidades de presentación de ofertas es causal de rechazo de las mismas.

La oferta económica deberá estar expresada en soles/USD (empresas extranjeras), desagregando el IGV y considerando un máximo de 02 decimales.

Es importante que lean las condiciones para asegurarse que todos los requerimientos de UNICEF han sido entendidos y considerados. Asimismo, encontrarán en esta licitación los Términos y Condiciones Generales de UNICEF, para su especial atención.

We kindly ask you to take into consideration the following requirements for the submission of your technical and financial offers:

Offers will be received by email until Wednesday, 26 August 2026.

The bidder shall send two (2) emails on the same day the offer is submitted, as follows:

The subject line of the first email shall follow the format below:

LIBS-2026-9205612 - Bidder’s Name – Technical-Financial Offer

This email shall include ONE (1) FILE containing the Technical-Financial Offer.

The file must be submitted in a non-editable format (PDF or JPG) and must be protected with an opening password.

The file shall be named indicating the solicitation number and the bidder’s name, according to the following format:

The email shall not exceed 10 MB. If the file exceeds this limit, it must be compressed (ZIP) and must remain protected with an opening password.

The password for the file submitted with the first email shall be provided in the body of the second email.

Failure to comply with these bid submission requirements shall constitute grounds for rejection of the quotation.

The financial offer shall be expressed in PEN (Peruvian Soles) / USD (foreign companies) , with VAT/IGV separately itemized, and with a maximum of two (2) decimal places .

It is important that bidders carefully review the conditions to ensure that all UNICEF requirements have been fully understood and taken into consideration. The UNICEF General Terms and Conditions are also included in this solicitation for your particular attention.
