El present contracte té per objecte l’execució de les obres corresponents al Lot 1 del Projecte bàsic i executiu de les obres d’adequació interior de vestidors i pista esportiva de l’edifici del pavelló municipal de Sant Pere de Torelló, concretament les actuacions relatives a l’adequació interior dels vestidors que donen servei a la pista esportiva i a la piscina, la instal·lació d’un elevador adaptat per garantir l’accessibilitat des del carrer Sant Pere i la renovació interior de la pista esportiva i les graderies. Les actuacions corresponents al Lot 2 del projecte tècnic, relatives a la dotació de nous vestidors al gimnàs municipal, no formen part de l’objecte del present contracte i seran objecte d’un procediment de licitació independent.
