L’objecte del Plec és el de definir les condicions tècniques i organitzatives per a la contractació del servei de neteja viària. - Inclou totes les tasques de manteniment i higiene de la via pública, carrers, places, voreres, escocells i zones enjardinades. - També incorpora serveis complementaris com neteja amb aigua, recollida de fulles, neteja de mercats i d’actes públics, i retirada d’animals morts. El servei es realitzarà ajustant-se a les característiques, requeriments, objectius i altres condicions establertes en els plecs de prescripcions tècniques.
