L’objecte del contracte és l’execució de les obres descrites al Projecte executiu per a la rehabilitació de diferents elements constructius del cementiri municipal, redactat per l’arquitecte tècnic Rafael Casanovas Peñalver i aprovat pel Ple de l’Ajuntament. El projecte estableix un pressupost d’execució per contracte de 107.065,61 euros, IVA exclòs, més 22.483,78 euros corresponents al 21 % d’IVA, que determinen un pressupost base de licitació de 129.549,39 euros, IVA inclòs.
