Levanger kommune skal bygge ny personalbase med dagaktivitetsarealer på området Okkenhaugvegen 18D. Eksisterende bygg på adressen vil bli revet før prosjektet starter.
Netto romprogram 375 m2.

Prosjektet er organisert som pris- og designkonkurranse med samspill, og denne konkurransen gjelder prekvalifiseringen:
Deltakerne i konkurransen vil bli prekvalifisert. De 3 – 4 best kvalifiserte grupperinger bestående av byggentreprenør og arkitekt vil delta i konkurransen. Det vises til punkt 5, 5.1 og 5.2 i dette dokumentet.
