Details

The proposed works comprise the construction of a ground floor adapted living cloakroom/WC facility to be located off the existing living room at the rear of the property. This provision is required to meet the current tenant's physical needs. The property is a semi-detached dwelling located on a typical residential street located in Leaholme Crescent, Blyth, Northumberland. The property will remain fully occupied and operational as a family home throughout the duration of the works. It must be noted that the tenant is to be regarded as vulnerable, and all works must be planned and delivered with this consideration at the forefront. The Contract is expected to begin in early November 2026 and run for a period of 14 weeks. Contractors must be able to start on site in November 2026 and deliver the works within the designated timescales.
