Ved motstrid mellom informasjon i konkurransegjennomføringsverktøyet og vedlagte dokumenter (vedlegg/bilag), gjelder informasjon i dokumentene (vedlegg/bilag) foran informasjon i konkurransegjennomføringsverktøyet.
Kontraktsperioden er 2027-2030. Byggherre og entreprenør har gjensidig opsjon på å forlenge kontrakten med 1+1 år. Med gjensidig opsjon menes at begge partene må samtykke til opsjon/forlengelse av eksisterende avtale på eksisterende vilkår. Det vil ikke være anledning til å reforhandle avtalen i forbindelse med opsjonsutøvelsen. En eventuell forlengelse av avtalen skal være avtalt innen 6 måneder før utløpet av den ordinære driftsperioden.
Mengder som er gitt i kapittel D (prosessene) og kapittel E (mengdeskjema) gjelder per år, og er regulerbare iht. NS 8406 pkt. 19.1, fjerde ledd. Mengdene er anslått på grunnlag av et gjennomsnitt av tidligere års erfaring. Entreprenøren må påregne til dels store variasjoner i utførte mengder, da dette er situasjonsbetinget og blant annet påvirket av uforutsigbare variabler som værsituasjon, slitasje, skadeomfang og økonomiske tildelinger.
