The scope of work for this contract is outlined in the Notice of Intent and broadly includes key maintenance tasks such as spraying, mowing, excavation, vegetation removal, willow planting and management, culvert jetting, inspection and maintenance of dam, stopbank and pump station assets, and pre and post flood inspections of infrastructure. The contract is all encompassing and includes a 365/7/24 response to network issues. The estimated value of the Contract is approximately $1.5 million per annum. An initial contract term of seven years with a right of renewal, subject to performance, of a further three years (maximum contract term ten years) is proposed.
