Contract Title: W4 - Retender of Construction of Office and Garage

Contract Description: The design includes the construction and refurbishment of facilities at the Chechme-Sai Water Intake. The proposed facilities comprise an administrative building, a boiler house, a fuel storage facility, an ash storage shed, a four-bay garage, and a staff shower and sanitary building. The administrative building is a two-storey structure with a reinforced concrete frame, brick infill walls incorporating non-combustible insulation, monolithic reinforced concrete floor slabs, and a single-pitched roof clad with profiled metal sheeting. The façades are finished with a decorative liquid travertine coating. The building accommodates office space, utility rooms, and sanitary facilities. The boiler house is constructed of insulated brick masonry with a single-pitched roof and is designed to provide heating for the administrative building. The garage features a steel frame with insulated sandwich panel cladding. The project also includes connecting the new facilities to the existing water supply system, including the installation of a booster pumping station. External site works comprise landscaping, construction of access roads, pedestrian walkways, and a parking area. Power supply will be provided from the proposed KTP-40/10/0.4 kV package transformer substation, which will be connected to the existing 10 kV overhead power line in accordance with the applicable technical specifications. The project further предуÑматривает partial refurbishment of the existing perimeter fence surrounding the sanitary protection zone, including the repair of reinforced concrete fence panels, replacement of the mesh fencing, repainting of all steel and concrete elements, increasing the height of the fence posts, and installation of three strands of barbed wire along the top of the fence.
