Kvalifikationsordningens formål er at etablere en liste over kvalificerede entreprenørvirksomheder i forbindelse med udførelse af bygge- anlægsarbejder på HOFORs vandværker, beholderanlæg og øvrige bygninger og bygværker til vandforsyning.

Udbud som vil blive gennemført under denne kvalifikationsordning, vil hovedsageligt omfatte storentrepriser, hvor nedenstående fag og delarbejder (kompetenceområder) kan indgå som en del af entreprisen.

  • Etablering af og drift af byggeplads.
  • Byggemodning.
  • Gravearbejder.
  • Terrænregulering.
  • Ledningsarbejder i jord for vand, afløb, el, afvanding, dræn mv.
  • Vejarbejder.
  • Grundvandssænkning og funderingsarbejder herunder spunsning mv.
  • Betonarbejder herunder beholderanlæg.
  • Konstruktioner enten i beton eller i stål.
  • Murerarbejder.
  • Facader og tagarbejder.
  • Tømrerarbejde og aptering.
  • Maler- og murerarbejde.
  • Installationsfag herunder bygnings-el, VVS-installationer, ABA-anlæg, ADK-anlæg mv.
  • Nedrivningsarbejder, hvor dette bedst udføres som en del af bygge- og anlægsarbejdet.
  • Bassiner til håndtering af skyllevand og regnvand mv.
  • Landskabsarbejde, belysning og retablering.
  • Andre arbejder der er naturligt sammenhængende med bygge- og anlægsarbejder.
