Konkurransen gjelder totalentreprise for utbedring av trapp foran hovedinngangen ved Vega skole i Åsveien 28.Eksisterende trapp er en flislagt betongtrapp som over tid har vært gjenstand for flere mindre utbedringer. Tilstanden er nå slik at videre punktvise reparasjoner ikke anses som hensiktsmessig.Det er særlig følgende utfordringer:· Flislim trekker vann, som fører til frostsprengning vinterstid· Løsninger er slitt og ujevne etter tidligere reparasjoner· Overflater oppleves som glatte og gir økt risiko for fall, spesielt ved våte eller snødekte forhold
