Troms fylkeskommune inviterer til konkurranse om kontaktsenterløsning for kundedialog og saksbehandling knyttet til kollektiv- og mobilitetstilbudet i Troms. Kontrakten har varighet fra og med 01.03.2027 - 01.03.2030. I tillegg har oppdragsgiver opsjon på inntil 2 (1+1) års forlengelse.
Konkurransen utlyses med forbehold om finansiering.
