Elvia inviterer til konkurranse om levering av nytt KGV- og KAV-verktøy. Formålet med anskaffelsen er å etablere en moderne og effektiv digital løsning som støtter gjennomføring av anskaffelser samt forvaltning og oppfølging av kontrakter. Løsningen skal bidra til økt kvalitet, etterlevelse av regelverk og forbedrede arbeidsprosesser.
Kvalifikasjonsprosessen gjennomføres i Artifik. Selve konkurransefasen gjennomføres i Contiki. Tidsplanen i Artifik omfatter derfor kun aktiviteter og frister knyttet til kvalifikasjonsprosessen, frem til og med frist for innlevering av kvalifikasjonssøknad. Øvrige tidsfrister og tidsplan fremgår av tilbudsinvitasjon
