Details
Kommunal- og distriktsdepartementet ønsker utarbeidet en rapport som skal belyse hvordan kommunenes kunnskap om utbyggerøkonomi og faktorer som påvirker byggeprosjekters økonomiske gjennomførbarhet kan forbedres. Hensikten er å legge til rette for at kommunene kan belyse og vekte disse hensynene bedre i arealplanleggingen, og bidra til mer kunnskapsbaserte, transparente og effektive planprosesser.
Oppdraget er tredelt, der del 1 og 2 skal ferdigstilles innen 10. desember 2026, i form av et foreløpig, internt notat til KDD. Innen 31. mars 2027 skal utreder ferdigstille del 3 av prosjektet og sluttrapporten for hele oppdraget. Resultatene presenteres i et møte hos oppdragsgiver.
Anslått verdi for anskaffelsen er 1 400 000 NOK ekskl. mva. Estimatet er ikke bindende for oppdragsgiver.
