Anskaffelsen gjelder konsulentbistand til DFØs arbeid med styring, forvaltning og videreutvikling av Peppol-relaterte tjenester. Hovedvekten av oppdraget er bistand til etablering av en helhetlig styrings- og forvaltningsmodell for Peppol Payment innenfor Statens Konsernkontoordning. Oppdraget omfatter utvikling og dokumentasjon av roller, ansvar, prosesser og styringsmekanismer, samt støtte til standardiserings-, dokumentasjons- og utviklingsarbeid knyttet til EHF-spesifikasjoner og digitale samhandlingsprosesser. Formålet er å sikre en enhetlig, sikker og effektiv forvaltning av betalingsprosesser og legge til rette for økt bruk av Peppol Payment i staten.
