Forsvarsbygg ønsker å leie bygget, med opsjon på kjøp. Bygget leveres kun med fast inventar, i hht. funksjonsbeskrivelsen. Forsvarsbygg drifter bygget i leieperioden.Konkurransen ble utlyst tidligere i sommer, men måtte avlyses pga. behov for vesentlig endringer. Ved ønske om befaring ta kontakt via Mercell snarest.
