Gjesdal kommune, heretter omtalt som Oppdragsgiver, vil inngå rammeavtale med én leverandør for kjøp av drivstoff fra pumpe (bensin, diesel og avgiftsfri diesel) til kommunens kjøretøypark, som omfatter personbiler, varebiler, lastebiler og traktorer.Oppdragsgiver har for tiden 42 personbiler og 29 andre kjøretøy (lastebiler, traktorer og arbeidsmaskiner) som bruker fossilt drivstoff.I tillegg har vi 39 El-biler og andelen er økende.Avtalen inkluderer også maskinvask i automat og mindre transportrelatert rekvisita.Avtalen kan i tillegg inkludere lading av elbiler i begrenset omfang.Formålet med avtalen er å sikre kostnadseffektiv, forutsigbar og enkel tilgang til ovennevnte produkter, med nødvendig lokal tilgjengelighet for kommunens kjøretøypark. Det er derfor stilt absolutt krav med kort kjøredistanse mellom fyllestasjonen og kommunens hovedbase for biler , Rettedalen 1 Ålgård. Oppdragsgiver har rett til å foreta mindre suppleringskjøp hos andre leverandører der det er hensiktsmessig for driften.
