The works will improve the resilience, reliability, and safety of this important transport corridor, which serves as a key alternative north-south route to the State Highway network. The works are proposed as separable portions. However, depending on tendered prices and available funding, Council reserves the right to award only selected separable portions and may not proceed with all components of the programme. The separable portions are as follows: • Site 1: Cartwrights Road and Pleasant Valley Highway (SH 8) Intersection • Site 2: Cartwrights Road and Rosewill Valley Road Intersection • Site 3: Rosewill Valley Road, Kellands Hill Road, Washdyke Flat Road, Seaton Road and Spur Road Intersection • Site 4: Kellands Hill Road Rehabilitation • Site 5: Rosewill Valley Road Rehabilitation
