Le Mohawk Council of Kanesatake et son chef recevront les soumissions pour la construction des ouvrages décrits dans les présents documents d’appel d’offres. Le présent appel d’offres vise l’exécution des travaux requis pour le remplacement de vingt-huit (28) systèmes d’épuration résidentiels situés sur le territoire de Kanesatake. Les travaux devront être réalisés conformément aux plans et devis et comprendront notamment le démantèlement et la disposition des installations existantes, la fourniture et l’installation des nouveaux systèmes, les travaux d’excavation et de remblai, les raccordements requis ainsi que la remise en état des terrains affectés par les travaux. L’Entrepreneur devra fournir l’ensemble de la main-d’oeuvre, des matériaux, des équipements, de la machinerie et des services nécessaires à la réalisation complète des travaux conformément aux documents contractuels et aux exigences applicables.
