Kommunen har behov for juridisk bistand innenfor entrepriserett og utbyggingsavtaler/grunneierfinansiering.Mesteparten av oppdragene vil bestå i direkte rådgivning og som advokat ressurs i aktuelle saker. Deler av arbeidet kan bestå i råd og diskusjoner i tillegg til direkte støtte, og ikke minst juridiske råd for å unngå at saker havner i domstolen.Det kan også bli aktuelt med generell kursing / opplæring. Entrepriserett og tilknyttede områder:Kommunen benytter både samspillskontrakt og andre standard entreprisekontrakter. Bistanden skal kunne bestå i juridisk rådgivning i alle faser av et bygge- eller anleggsprosjekt, eks:Kontraktstrategi, valg av kontraktsmodell, utbyggingssaker-rådgivning og oppfølgning av kontrakt gjennom byggefasen ved avslutning av prosjektet med f.eks. sluttoppgjør.
