Predmet javnega naročila je izvedba rekonstrukcije in sanacije objekta »Strugarna in delavnice« na območju Železniškega muzeja Slovenskih železnic v Ljubljani, ki vključuje gradbeno-obrtniška dela, elektro instalacije ter izdelavo dokumentacije Projekta izvedenih del (PID). Celoten kompleks muzeja ima status kulturnega spomenika lokalnega pomena (EŠD 405 in 9466). Objekt »Strugarna in delavnica« je del kompleksa Železniškega muzeja v Ljubljani. Muzej se nahaja na območju, ki na zahodu meji na železniško progo Ljubljana – Jesenice in na vzhodu na Parmovo ulico. Celotno območje obsega 53.782m2 in je zaščiteno kot kulturna dediščina - spomenik lokalnega pomena. Objekt »Strugarna in delavnica« stoji na parcelni številki 1424, k.o. Spodnja Šiška in ima št. stavbe 1865. Investitor Slovenske železnice d.o.o. morajo na podlagi Odločbe - Ministrstva za kulturo, Inšpektorat RS za kulturo in medije izvesti obnovo oziroma rekonstrukcijo objekta.
