Izgradnjo nove transformatorske postaje na Mestnem stadionu Izola. Ta javni razpis se vodi pod odložnim pogojem, da občina sredstva za predmetni javni razpis zagotovi v proračunu Občine Izola. Pogodba bo začela veljati, če oziroma ko bo naročnik zagotovil sredstva v zadostni višini za izvedbo javnega naročila. Ta javni razpis se vodi pod odložnim pogojem, da naročnik za predmetni projekt pridobi pravnomočno gradbeno dovoljenje ter da je prijavljen začetek gradnje skladno z določbami Gradbenega zakona (GZ‑1). Pogodba bo začela veljati, če oziroma ko bo naročnik pridobil pravnomočno gradbeno dovoljenje in izvedel prijavo začetka gradnje v skladu z GZ‑1.
