Predmet ponudbe je: A. Izgradnja kolesarske steze s pločnikom na podlagi priloženega popisa del in projektne dokumentacije B. Izgradnja kanalizacije Bertoki – sekundarno omrežje v aglomeracii Bertoki na podlagi priloženega popisa del, projektne dokumentacije in gradbenega dovoljenja. Dela izgradnje kolesarske steze s pločnikom se bodo izvajala kot vzdrževalna dela v javno korist na podlagi PZI dokumentacije »Ureditev kolesarske steze s pločnikom ob regionalni cesti Bertoki-Koper (Škocjan) v dolžini 1,180 km (od km 1+200 m do km 2+380 m«, št. NG/012-2022, avgust 2025, izdelovalca PS Prostor d.o.o. Koper. Dela izgradnje kanalizacije Bertoki se bodo izvajala na podlagi PZI dokumentacije in gradbenega dovoljenja št. 351-489/2009-14 z dne 1. 2. 2010 in popisa del, za kar bo moral izvajalec ob zaključku del naročniku dostaviti vso dokumentacijo za vlogo za izdajo uporabnega dovoljenja.
