Predmet javnega naročila je izdelava idejne zasnove ter projektne dokumentacije DGD in PZI za celovito obnovo, sanacijo in revitalizacijo stavbe Vodarna in elektrarna mesta Kočevje, ki je evidentirana kot nepremična kulturna dediščina pod evidenčno številko EŠD 9615. Predvidena revitalizacija objekta vključuje njegovo preoblikovanje v »Hišo energije Kočevje«, javni center industrijske dediščine, energetike, eksperimentalne znanosti, izobraževanja in kulturnega ustvarjanja. Pri izdelavi projektne dokumentacije je treba upoštevati vsebinska in programska izhodišča, opredeljena v dokumentu »Hiša energije Kočevje – Vsebinska in programska izhodišča za pripravo idejne zasnove in projektne dokumentacije«, oktober 2026, ki je sestavni del razpisne dokumentacije.
