Predmet javnega naročila je: »Nakup HRTV – hitro tehnično reševalno vozilo« Vozilo mora imeti lastnosti, da bo lahko pri kontrolnem organu Gasilske zveze Slovenije (v nadaljevanju: GZS) zanj izdano potrdilo o skladnosti oz. soglasje k registraciji vozila. Prav tako mora ustrezati standardom in vsem tehničnim zahtevam, ki jih vozilo z oznako HTRV predpisuje tipizacija GZS ki je v veljavi na dan objave tega razpisa. Vsa dokumentacija mora biti v slovenskem jeziku predložena ob prevzemu vozila. Ponujeno vozilo mora biti tovarniško novo.
