Il presente appalto ha ad oggetto l'affidamento dei servizi assicurativi per 24 mesi. I servizi assicurativi andranno eseguiti in conformità alle condizioni disciplinate dal capitolato di polizza allegato alla documentazione di gara. L’appalto è costituito da un unico lotto poiché il servizio in oggetto presenta un carattere di assoluta unitarietà e infrazionabilità, in quanto ha ad oggetto un’unica e specifica tipologia assicurativa. Una frammentazione della copertura determinerebbe un grave pregiudizio per l'efficacia della tutela assicurativa e per la corretta gestione del rischio da parte della Stazione Appaltante.
