| Brief Description of Assignment | : | The Scope of Services of the Consultant includes but not limited to the following: I) To identify possible Management Information System (MIS) requirements and assess the availability of resources. II) To assist Design and Supervision Farm in customizing the MIS for project management, following the existing monitoring systems used in LGED. III) To assist PIU in taking over IT related deliverables from the Design and Supervision Farm on behalf of PD as counterpart. IV) To operate and monitor various IT equipment for the project V) To monitor the project page on the LGED website and update as needed. VI) To assist PIU in preparing different types of reports and documents and creating customized databases as needed. VII) To prepare customized reports from these systems. VIII) To operate and manage dashboard and database monitoring systems accessible to assigned users in the LGED and PIU office, showing the progress of packages, including implementation of ESMP, tracking the GRM/GRS, and compliance with ESF— sortable by geographic areas).
