For denne anskaffelsen så er IRMAT AS byggherre.IRMAT AS har behov for større garderober, og planlegger å bygge nytt garderobetilbygg til administrasjonsbygget på Goasholtmyra avfallsanlegg.Tilbygget er i én etasje og har et bruttoareal på ca. 120 m2 og et bruksareal på ca. 110 m2. Det inneholder inngang, skogarderobe, grovgarderobe herrer og grovgarderobe damer.Uteområder berøres ved graving av grøft for påkobling av takvann til eksisterende sandfangskum. Utomhus-arealer tilbakeføres til opprinnelig stand ved avslutning av byggearbeidene.Anskaffelsen gjennomføres som en totalentreprise, med kontaktsbestemmelser etter NS8407.Totalentreprenør har ansvar for all planlegging og utførelse etter kontraktinngåelse.Prosjektets planløsning og arkitektoniske uttrykket vist på tilbudstegningene skal videreføres i sin helhet til totalentreprisen og totalentreprenørens arkitekt.Oppstart for totalentreprenørens prosjektering planlegges til september 2026.Oppstart på byggeplass planlegges til september 2026.Ferdigstillelse 15.desember 2026.Goasholtmyra avfallsanlegg og eksisterende administrasjonsbygg vil være i drift i byggeperioden. Eksisterende administrasjonsbygg er plassert nært inntil hovedadkomst og vekt på avfallsanlegget. Byggeprosessen skal planlegges og gjennomføres slik at den ikke medfører hindringer eller fare for driften av avfallsanlegget.
