ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK ADB Headquarters, 6 ADB Ave., Mandaluyong City 1550, Philippines INVITATION TO BID Design and Build of Water Treatment System for Cooling Tower Make-up Water Using Sewage Treatment Plant Effluent and Cooling Tower Blowdown 1. The Services shall cover the provision of the equipment and deployment of skilled personnel, related tools, transportation, materials and supervision in accordance with the policies, standards and procedures established by ADB. Bidding is open to all firms and only bidders meeting the following requirements will be considered: i. have the nationality of eligible country in accordance with the List of ADB Eligible Member Countries (http://www.adb.org/about/members). Bids should be received before the deadline indicated in the sourcing event. This Invitation to Bid does not entail any commitment on the part of ADB either financial or otherwise.
