6) Right of the Buyer

The Buyer reserves the right to amend, withdraw, cancel, or award the tender for the supply of the required material/equipment based on the Lowest Evaluated Bidder (L1), subject to adherence to the prescribed technical specifications, quality criteria, terms and conditions.
