The purpose of this EoI is to identify eligible Syrian NNGOs and INGOs for potential partnerships with SIF Syria Mission to support the achievement of results for SIF International Strategy (2022–2027).
Please note that the application package is not attached to this publication. Interested organisations must request the application package by email at partners.sy@secours-islamique.org.
The invitation for EOI submissions will remain open until 31st August 2026 (midnight, Syria time). Interested NGOs shall request the application package by emailing partners.sy@secours-islamique.org. SIF will then assess the documents and pre-select potential cooperating partners based on their review. Applicants will be informed of the outcome of their submissions (rejection or pre-selection/qualification) via email by the end of September 2026. The preselected potential partners will then be asked to participate and collaborate in the realisation of an Organisation Capacity Assessment.

Before you bid on this tender
A quick checklist to help you decide whether to bid and prepare a compliant submission. Always verify the details on the official source.
- Confirm the exact closing date and time (and time zone) on the official portal — deadlines are strict and can be revised by a corrigendum.
- Read the full notice and every attached document, including the scope, specifications and any bill of quantities or terms of reference.
- Check the eligibility criteria — prior similar experience, annual turnover, certifications and registrations — and make sure you qualify before investing effort.
- Prepare any earnest-money deposit (EMD) or bid security and the required formats early; missing or wrongly-formatted documents are a common cause of rejection.
- Note how bids must be submitted (online or physical), in what format, and whether a digital signature or portal registration is required.
- Watch for corrigenda and clarifications right up to the deadline — requirements and dates can change.
