Initial Security Deposit (ISD) – 2% of the Tender value including EMD 2. Retention Money - 10% of the running bills and Total deduction of 5% of value of work including EMD, ISD. 3. Additional Security deposit (ASD)/Additional performance Guarantee (APG) shall be applicable if the bid price is below 10% of the estimated cost put to tender. The amount of such ASD/ APG shall be the difference between 90% of estimated cost put to tender and the quoted price. Minimum value of Running /Interim/Ad-hoc Bill- 11.00 Lakhs. 13 Liquidated Damages @ 0.5% of the value of work per week of delay subject to a maximum penalty of 5% of the value of work would be strictly imposed. 14 Defect Liability Period 1 (One) Year 15 Eligible Taxes A) Income Tax & GST IT will be deducted at source as per Govt.
