NOTES i The rate shall be inclusive of frame work above false ceiling level. Measurement should be taken up to false ceiling level and visible portion only. ii (a) Laminate Shade- 1. Light- 4051 SU GAUGUIN WALNUT, 2. Dark- 4502 SU EUGELE WALNUT, of Century Laminate Make. Basic rate of Laminate shall be considered as Rs 50/SFT (b) Laminate Shade- 5813 LV, CLASSIC ROMANO, of Century Laminate Make. Basic rate of Laminate shall be considered as Rs 80/SFT , for Reception Table , Lunch Ledge at Dining Room & other Specified Areas iii Basic rate of veener shall be considered as Rs 330/ sft iv Basic rate of Solid Surfaces (Laminate) 6mm thk shall be 780/ sft, and for 12mm shall be 1600/ sft v Only Plywood (No Block Boards) should be used in carpentry works for Work Stations, Desks, Draweres, Storages, Partitions, Panellings etc. of approved make like- MR Grade of Green Ply/ Century ply/ Archid Ply or equivalent. Use of Bharosa, Ecotec, Jeevansathi etc. or any other commercial grade plywood shall strictly be not allowed. vi All furnitures, Workstations, storages shall be finished with 1.0mm thk Laminate/ 4.0mm thk veneer on all external surfaces and all inner serurfaces shall be finished with 0.70/0.80 mm thk laminate of balancing shade, irrespective of being mentioned or not in the detailed item description of works SL DESCRIPTION UNIT QNTY RATE AMOUNT A. CARPENTRY WORKS 1 RECEPTION TABLE OF SIZE 16'-0" X 2'-6" WITH Laminate TOP AND CUSTOMER LEDGE AS PER DESIGN (Refer Detail Drawing of Reception Table)- Providing and making a table of over all size of top as mentioned above and as per design given. It shall consist of 18mm thk. BWP. Ply top finished with 1.0mm thk designer laminate of approved shade and make . It shall consist of a customer top made with 19mm thk plywood bended down with flexi ply till 1'-0" ht above the FFL. with a 3'-4" gap from the front table appron (with provision for strip light) and along the entire length of the table or as directed by the atchitect/ EIC. It shall then be finished with 6mm thk Solid Surface (CORIAN) (in stone/ marble finish) of approved shade and make with edge moulding. Each Table shall consist of 3 drawer unit set with locks, handles etc. placed at every 4'-0"-4'-6" length of the table as shown in the drawing or as directed by the Architect/ EIC. The drawer unit finished top should be at a lower level of 100mm below the finished counter top. The front modesty panel shuould be finished 18 mm BWP. ply and finished with WPC fluted panel of approved shade and make in approved style and pattern. The customer side top should be at a height of 1 to 1.5 feet above the tabel top, with 18/19mm thick ply and finished with 6.0 mm thk Solid Surface (Laminate) of Merino Hennex or equivalent Make ( Basic rate Rs 780/ SFT) of approved shade and colour and taken down till half the length of the front appron of the table , in approved style and patter as directed by the architect. The inside of drawer units, and the tables should be finished with laminate of approved shade. All exposed surface should be finished with 1.0mm thk laminate whereever not mentioned and all the inner surfaces should be finished with 0.80mm thk laminate in frosty white colour & shade. RM 4.9 2 Table for Staff Association & Pensioner's Room- Supply and installing of Table of overall size- 1500 mm x 750 mm x 750 mm including side credenza of size 1050mm x 450mm x 750 mm, made up of 19mm thick plywood all around, finshed with 1.0mm thick laminate of colour, shade & brand as approved. It shall consisit of a pedestal comprising of 3 drawers unit placed on the right side of the user in either fixed type or on castors. The counter shall consisit of a keyboard tray 250 mm wide, CPU stand, foot rest as per the design and direction by bank. The Side credenza unit shall be made with 18/19mm thk commercial grade plywood and finished with 1.0mm thk laminate on all external surfaces . It should have openable/sliding shutter cupboard and intermediate horizontal shelves made in 12 mm thick plywood. All inner surfaces shall be finished with 0.80mm thk laminate of milky white shade instead of paint. The works to include all hardwares such as: castors, brass hinges, ball catchers, fully extendable drawer slides, auto locks, handles etc. of Godrej or approved brand. Locks to be of single control type. Design and detail of the table shall be as per direction of EIC. The Table & Cadenza top should be provided with 8mm thick glass with polished edges duly finished with necessary cut-out to accommodate wires, edges to be m/c polished, with ms powder coated wire manager complete as per Bank’s new uniform colour, layout & elevation policy. Ply/plywood Make: MR Grade of Century/ Green/Archidply/ Archid ply or equivalent. Laminate Make: Greenlam/Centurylam/Merinolam/Archidlam or equivalent. Nos 3 3 DOCTOR'S TABLE OF SIZE 1350MM X 750MM X 750MM - Supply and fixing of Doctor's table with top made up of 19mm thk ply finished with laminate of 1.0mm thk on top as approved by the architect and wooden beading/ moulding all round melamine polished. The table to include two pencil drawers of 100mm deep & a file shutter of 450mm. The works to include all hardware like castors, brass hinges, ballcatches, fully extendable drawer slides, locks, handles etc. of approved make.Locks to be of single control type. All the visible external surface to be with 1.0mm thk laminate of approved shade and make and all inner surfaces should be finished with 0.80mm thk laminate of balancing laminate in white colour. Rates shall also be inclusive of 12 mm thk clear glass with bevelled edges on all sides to be placed on the table top.
