This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Utah Air National Guard (UTANG) intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with AAR Manufacturing Inc. for a mobile refrigeration unit ISU-96RC. FSS operates an ESPEK field kitchen for austere food preparation but lacks any organic cold-storage capability. Acquiring a mobile cold-storage asset would support Agile Combat Employment by enabling a fully self-sustained feeding and storage capability while eliminating reliance on vulnerable, costly commercial or DLA subsistence storage contracts.
