Details

Kvitsøy kommune har til hensikt å inngå en ikke eksklusiv rammeavtale om kjøp av dagligvarer fra Coop Prix Kvitsøy.

Avtalen skal dekke kommunens behov for løpende kjøp og suppleringskjøp av dagligvarer, tilgang til fysisk dagligvareutsalg på Kvitsøy og ukentlig levering til kommunale tjenestesteder.

Følgende tjenestesteder skal ha vederlagsfri levering én gang per uke:

* Kvitsøy barnehage

* Kvitsøy skole

* Kombisenteret

* Kommunehuset

Kommunens øvrige virksomheter skal også kunne foreta kjøp gjennom avtalen.

Kommunen skal gis prisvilkår som minst tilsvarer de prisene som tilbys medlemmer i Coop, herunder aktuelle medlemspriser og medlemskupp, så langt disse kan gjøres gjeldende for kommunens kjøp.

Avtalen skal ikke være eksklusiv. Kvitsøy kommune har og skal fortsatt kunne inngå avtale med grossist eller storhusholdning og skal selv avgjøre hvilken innkjøpskanal som benyttes for det enkelte kjøpet.
