Details

Provincie Utrecht stelt een Dynamisch Aankoopsysteem (DAS) in voor de inhuur van extern personeel. Het DAS wordt ingezet voor tijdelijke capaciteitsbehoefte binnen de organisatie (o.a. ter vervanging van ziekte, tijdelijke projecten of piekbelasting). Het DAS omvat de segmenten zoals nader gespecificeerd in de aanbestedingsstukken. Het DAS wordt uitgevoerd en gefaciliteerd via het digitale portaal van Flextender. Geïnteresseerde ondernemers, bureaus en intermediairs dienen zich eenmalig kosteloos te registreren via www.flextender.nl om verzoeken tot toelating in te dienen. Gedurende de gehele looptijd van het DAS kunnen nieuwe ondernemers zich doorlopend aanmelden. Toegelaten partijen ontvangen vervolgens de specifieke offerteaanvragen (minicompetities).
