Deze publicatie, van een aantal deelnemers aan de Talentenregio, betreft het instellen van het Dynamisch Aankoop Systeem (DAS). Hiermee beogen zij invulling te geven aan de behoefte aan de tijdelijke inhuur van extern personeel op basis van een inspanningsverplichting (en dus niet voor advies-/resultaatopdrachten).

Het DAS biedt u de mogelijkheid om iedere keer als een offerteaanvraag wordt geplaatst, mee te dingen. Ondernemers (ondernemingen en ZZP'ers) worden uitgenodigd te reageren op deze offerteaanvragen. Aan registratie en toelating kunt u geen rechten op gunningen ontlenen.

De Selectieleidraad bevat de beschrijvingen van de procedures voor registraties, toelating en offerteaanvragen.

Het staat de deelnemers vrij om gebruik te maken van het DAS of op een andere wijze in de behoefte te voorzien.
