Details

De gemeente Bernheze, Sociaal Cultureel Centrum De Pas en De Bibliotheek Heesch zijn momenteel gehuisvest aan De Misse 2, 4 en 6 in Heesch. Deze drie partijen zien samen met educatief en creatief centrum De Eijnderic, eveneens gehuisvest binnen de kern van Heesch, kansen voor een meer integrale, open, multifunctionele en gastvrije gezamenlijke huisvesting in de kern van Heesch. Hiervoor zou de bestaande huisvesting aan De Misse moeten worden gerenoveerd en uitgebreid tot Het Huis De Misse.

Daarvoor is door ICS adviseurs een Ruimtelijk Functioneel en Technisch Programma van eisen (hierna: Programma van eisen of PvE) opgesteld met hierin de gezamenlijke randvoorwaarden van de bovengenoemde partijen. Beide PvE’s zijn als bijlage 10 en 11 toegevoegd aan deze leidraad. De gemeente wil dit Programma van eisen uitwerken tot een ontwerp. Dit moet resulteren in een Definitief Ontwerp (DO) op met bijbehorende kostenraming waarop de raad van de gemeente Bernheze in haar vergadering van september 2027 een besluit kan nemen of dat zij dit plan wil realiseren.

De overeenkomst bestaat uit dienstverlening door een Installatieadviseur, Bouwfysicus en Brand technisch adviseur om samen met een architect het bestaande Programma van eisen uit te werken tot een integraal ontwerp.
