De gemeente Losser (hierna: opdrachtgever) schrijft een Europese openbare aanbesteding uit voor de inname en verwerking van groenafval afkomstig van inwoners en het gemeentelijke servicebedrijf. Het betreft één integrale opdracht voor zowel de inname, registratie, weging als verwerking van groenafval.
